Horse camps 2021-2023
We are currently working on developing a horse camp or a few this summer coming for ages 4-18.
We will be including some activities that have to do with horses and some that don't.

Most horse camps are day camps and they are typically coeducational. As it goes with other camps, horseback riding camps offer day and residential packages with day packages ranging from $250 to $500 or more per week and residential packages about double that. we offer lots of horse education,along with lots of riding games and arts and crafts and swimming.​​All day camps run 9am- 4:30pm

*Camp activities begin at 9:30am and end at 4:30pm. Children can arrive anytime after 9:00am daily but must be picked up no later than 5:00pm, as those are staff hours too.*

*Heartland Stables Summer Daycamp is a totally amazing farm experience where each child will get to know their one special horse for the entire session. We teach them how to do everything with "their" horse - leading in from the field, feeding them, grooming and putting on the saddles and bridles. They will ride once every day with a morning lesson. Swiming at our beach provides a refreshing break from the heat and excitement, while nature hikes,and scavenger hunts round out the activities of our full camp program*

Horse Painting
chlidren love painting horses all differnt colors and have lots of fun doing it. Just one of the activities we will be offering this summer at our horse camps.
Swimming and horse swimming
we all love the water and its
cooling effects. Also an activity we have at our horse camps
Horse Bonding learning about your horse and its needs.
​
In this area kids learn how to take care of the horse, wether its grooming,feeding,blanketing,bathing, handling or just being their friend.
​
Kids learn how to make friends and play nice with animals and other kids around them.
​
Kids will have a blast here at our camps and share laughter that we have in store for a week of fun thats we provide for them at our summer camps at Heartland Stables.
